Return & Refund Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms:


1. All Bookings Are Final

  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been made (whether in full or as a deposit), it is considered final and non-refundable.

  • My time is reserved exclusively for you during the agreed period, which means I may turn down other engagements. Please respect the commitment.


2. Deposits

  • Deposits, when required to secure a booking (especially for extended dates or travel), are non-refundable unless I need to cancel for any reason.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancelled 48hrs before date 50% of the deposit will be taken cancelled after that period deposits are non refundable. Unless I Cancel for any reason then full deposit will be transferred back.

3. Cancellations by Client

  • If you choose to cancel a booking:

    • More than 48 hours in advance: You may be eligible to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled booking (subject to availability).

    • Less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds or transfers will be given.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the fee will be considered non-refundable.


4. Cancellations by Me

  • In the rare event that I must cancel a confirmed booking (due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), any payment or deposit made will be:

    • Fully refunded, or

    • Applied to a future date of your choice (based on mutual availability)


5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued at my sole discretion under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • Mistaken booking due to technical error

  • If I am unable to fulfill the booking for personal or unavoidable reasons

All refund requests must be made in writing via email or secure communication and will be processed within 7–10 business days if approved.


6. No Refunds for Unused Time

If a session is ended early by the client, for any reason, no partial refunds will be provided. Once our time begins, the full rate applies, regardless of how much time is used.


7. Disputes and Resolution

I am committed to professionalism and fairness. If you believe there has been a misunderstanding or issue with your booking, please contact me directly and discreetly. I will always aim to resolve any concerns amicably and respectfully.
